Chris Chapman brings a creative, design-driven perspective to real estate, combining experience in marketing, renovation, home inspections, and client communication to help buyers and sellers navigate the Pittsburgh market with confidence. His approach focuses on making the process feel approachable, informed, and human while helping clients see both the potential and personality of a home.
Before entering real estate, Chris built a career in branding, marketing, events, and visual design, including work with companies and organizations such as Mercedes-Benz, The Home Depot, and the Concours d’Elegance of Atlanta. He also previously worked in home inspections, giving him a practical understanding of homes beyond aesthetics alone. Since moving to Pittsburgh in 2022, Chris has become deeply connected to the city’s historic neighborhoods, architecture, and ongoing revitalization efforts, including restoration work on his own 1920s American Four-Square home in Point Breeze.
At The Brooks Group Pittsburgh, Chris focuses on marketing, creative strategy, branding, and client experience while also supporting buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process. His background allows him to combine visual presentation, storytelling, and practical insight to help homes stand out and clients feel supported every step of the way.

As one of the few women actively performing home inspections in the Pittsburgh area, she is known for helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the inspection

Nicole Brooks brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to home inspections, combining technical expertise with clear, honest communication. As one of the few women actively performing home inspections in the Pittsburgh area, she is known for helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the inspection process. Nicole currently serves as Vice President of the PRO-ASHI Pittsburgh Chapter and Secretary of the InterNACHI Pittsburgh Chapter, reflecting her active leadership within the profession and commitment to maintaining the highest industry standards.
Before founding Fine Line Inspections, Nicole earned a Master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy from Valparaiso University and spent more than 12 years working hands-on in construction and maintenance mechanics. She is nationally certified through the National Home Inspection Exam (NHIE) and also holds advanced certifications in radon testing, mold sampling, wood-destroying insect inspections, and FAA-licensed drone operations. Her combination of field experience, technical knowledge, and calm professionalism helps clients better understand their homes and make decisions with clarity and confidence.
